Mist on the river

Very peaceful up Port Navas creek this morning.

Getting towards the end of the season and there are some big boats on the Yacht Club 'beach' where, during the summer months, all the dinghies and tenders are moored.

It's quite a handy spot to over winter a boat, as the ground is firm so you can get under and tend to all those jobs, when the tide is out.

It's also very sheltered and calm. Perfect spot, if you don't want to come ashore at Gweek or Falmouth.

Didn't feel like winter though. Very mild and warm, even at 8am. Thought about going for a row on our little dinghy, then thought about breakfast... and the frying pan won.
